泰加保險(06161.HK)早前公布有買方稱以3萬元向張德熙全資擁有的公司主要股東「IAML」收購公司約4.79%股份。泰加保險表示,該買方的法律顧問向股份過戶登記處提交要求,在公司的股東名冊上登記該據稱轉讓。 公司表示,早前IAML的法律顧問向公司及股份過戶登記處送達日期為2021年8月27日的停止通知書,要求停止轉讓由公司發行的七張股票所涉及以IAML名義持有的1.07億股股份。鑒於該買方及其法律顧問尚未提供轉讓股份的現有股票,公司目前正在核證該據稱轉讓是否受停止通知書下的限制所規限。
