陳茂波:第二階段消費券料暑假發放
財政司司長陳茂波周日(1日)發表網誌,預期將在暑假期間開始分期發放第二階段、總額5,000元的消費券,並會新增的中銀香港(02388.HK)的BoC Pay及匯豐銀行的PayMe等六個儲值支付工具營辦商。
他表示,當局正與各營辦商商討具體細節安排,目標是在今年中開始接受登記,又指市民屆時可以選擇是否轉換電子支付工具收取第二階段消費券。
