匯控(00005.HK):去年底內地商業地產風險敞口已收窄至168億美元

匯豐控股(00005.HK)去年第四季列賬基準預期信貸損失(ECL)為14億美元,當中已計及中國商業房地產行業相關風險承擔,涉及約6億美元。首席財務官艾橋智表示,考慮到目前宏觀經濟情況,預測2023財年的ECL提撥將約為40個基點。 他透露,截至去年底,該行對中國內地商業地產的風險敞口總額為168億美元,較去年6月底止收窄約30億美元,當中香港業務入賬風險敞口為94億美元,已作出約10億美元額外ECL準備。行政總裁祈耀年補充,該評估是基於去年底情況而進行,至今已看到內地商業地產行業的一些政策積極影響,將繼續密切關注市場發展。
